For 90 days, several countries race against each other to determine the Challenger for the Cup.
On June 23rd, 2007, the winning Challenger races against Alinghi of Switzerland, Defender and Holder of the Cup, best five of nine races, to capture the America’s Cup, the “Holy Grail” of yachting.
