There was a minor fuss on the Internet this morning when it seemed that these pictures of Paris Hilton, taken yesterday afternoon, show the celebutante driving once again with a suspended license.
It was especially scandalous in light of recent rumors that she may face up to 90 days of jail time (yeah right) for her first probation violation.
My Paris fears (ha) were soon abated, however, when her lawyer (does that guy have a special Paris Beeper? He should) came to the rescue to alert the media that the license suspension has been lifted and she was driving legally. Sigh. Of. Relief.
She does, however, still have to show up for her May 4 court date to deal with her prior incident. Something tells me she'll walk away without having to serve any hard time. Dunno, just a hunch.
