We were just raving about how Nicole has been looking lately but that was before we saw this outfit.
Perhaps it has something to do with the state finally getting around to charging her with a misdemeanor DUI when she was busted driving down the wrong side of the 134 last year.
She now faces a possibility of jail time for anywhere from 90 days to a year. She's evidently scared to death to go to jail, as she should be! SO will she end up in jail?
Well, most celebs get out of it and we bet she has hired some pretty good lawyers to make sure she doesn't end up inside of a cell.
Her next arraignment takes place in Glendale on February 21st.
