Flashback Friday!

The Maury word of the day was "destroyed". Here's the blog that came up when I searched on it. It's a public service announcement on the merits of wearing a bicycle helmet when you ride.

It's pretty timely when here in Ottawa the weather couldn't be better for taking your bike out for its first spin of the year. The paths are finally clear of snow and the weather will be clear and sunny. Just be sure to take it easy. After a long winter of not riding, you'll get sore in your... umm... "bicycle seat area" if you are at it too long. Just a friendly heads-up.
