Sara Evans, Husband Must Be Nice: Divorce Papers

It's the last dance for country singer Sara Evans and her estranged husband, Craig Schelske.

Divorce papers in the acrimonious split between the couple, who were married for 13 years, await a judge's signature – but already spell out how the couple will divide parenting responsibilities for their three children, Avery, 7, Olivia, 4, and Elizabeth, 2.

According to legal papers issued by the State of Tennessee's Chancery Court and obtained by TV's Extra"]: "The Mother and Father will behave with each other and each child so as to provide a loving, stable, consistent, and nurturing relationship with the child even though they are divorced. They will not speak badly of each other or the members of the family of the other parent. They will encourage each child to continue to love the other parent and be comfortable in both families."

Evans, who quit Dancing With the Stars when her marriage started falling apart, will serve as the kids' primary residential parent. She will also, upon the judge's approval, decide in matters for the children when it comes to educational, non-emergency health care, religious upbringing and extracurricular activities.

The divorce papers also state about Schelske that it "is unknown if he is gainfully employed, while "Mother's gross monthly income is approximately $101,518." The documents also call for both parents to secure a minimum life insurance of $1 million by whole life or term insurance.

Evans, 36, initially filed for divorce on Oct. 12, 2006, charging Schelske, 43, with adultery and pornography use. He denied the allegations and later accused Evans of having an affair.
